TWO ANONYMOUS RESPONSES DISAGREE WITH PL ON AUTHORITY AND LEADERSHIP! PL RESPONDS!

Here's "Anonymous 1" on PL's post "PL RESPONDS TO FRANK SERPICO!":

"Where has the old respect for authority gone? Now being arrogant and disorderly and being disrespectful to authority is known as standing up for yourself? Maybe so but not to a policeman whose job is to protect you and your property. The professor was in the wrong any way you look at it. He overreacted. He should have complied with the directives of the officer and that would have been the end of that confrontation. No one would have known about the incident had he complied with the officers wishes."

Here's "Anonymous 2" on PL's post "NOW, THAT'S LEADERSHIP!!":

"Too much hoopla about nothing. President Obama should've kept out of it. What now? Prez. will start to invite everyone to the white house who finds themselves in trouble with the law? Come on get real!"

PL:

Well, guys, respect has to be earned and authority can be abused and true leadership is all about bringing people together. It sounds to me like you want to blindly adhere to the dictates of authority so you don't have to think for yourself or deal with the responsibility of freedom, and likewise that you don't want your leaders to think beyond the rules and actually demonstrate wisdom, which is ultimately the most important aspect of being a leader.

Get real? I say to you - Grow up!
