NO NEED FOR PROGRESSIVE RADIO, CANCER TREATMENT OR ULTIMATE FIGHTING IN 5D!

HERE's a headline from this week:

"New York City Losing Its Last Commercial Progressive Talk Radio Station"

That's right. When WWRL 1600 AM turned into a Spanish-language music radio station on Sunday, December 29, New York City lost its only remaining commercial progressive talk radio outlet.

Well, of course, it's 5D!

What? Is 5D against liberals? Does 5D favor conservatives?

LOL! Read on...

HERE's another headline from this week:

"Millions Falsely Treated for Cancer, Says National Cancer Institute Report"

Yep. A significant number of people who have undergone treatment for cancer over the past several decades may not have ever actually had the disease, admits a new report commissioned by the U.S. National Cancer Institute (NCI). Published online in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA), this government study identifies both over diagnosis and misdiagnosis of cancer as two major causes of the growing cancer epidemic. These two together have led to millions being falsely treated for cancer with surgery, radiation and chemotherapy, who in reality had no such cancer.

Well, of course, it's 5D!

All right, come on, PL, what are you trying to say about 5D?

Glad you asked.

I'm saying what I said in my post - "NOBODY NEEDS ME (HATING WAR IS NOT THE SAME AS LOVING PEACE!)" - which is that in 5D, where egoism and karma creation and 3D vibrations aren't allowed, there's no need to fight negative forces, because those still attempting to operate at lower vibrations are clearing themselves out through self-exposure. (Remember the ADHD doctor, who admitted on his death bed that ADHD was a false diagnosis?)

So, we don't need progressive talk shows railing against the retrogressive forces because the retrogressive forces - in the media, the medical profession, politics, indeed, in all of our institutions - are doing the job themselves of  either transforming or eliminating themselves, which is another road to transformation.

Folks, as I've been writing, this is 5D, the new "Golden Age," Murphy's Law is reversed. Everything that can go right will go right. There's no need to protest, rally against, fight for... just clear yourself, meditate and put out your intentions for your highest, most exciting preferences... and watch.

Next up: Football? Ultimate Fighting? War? Processed food?

BEWARE THIS BOY!

"This boy is Ignorance. This girl is Want. Beware them both, and all of their degree, but most of all beware this boy."

This is what the Ghost of Christmas Present says to Scrooge in a climactic moment in the hard-hearted protagonist's journey in Dickens' classic story of redemption, "A Christmas Carol."

But why does the spirit make a point of warning Scrooge, and us, against Ignorance more than against Want? Why is this such a crucial understanding for all of us in our journey towards self-actualization?

Well, it is this: the problems of our world do not start with need or greed. In fact, need and greed are but two sides of the same coin - of ignorance. Need and greed are both based on the same erroneous belief, the same misunderstanding - that there isn't enough.

There are no end runs around this, folks. There is no avoiding the repercussions of proud ignorance and stubbornness in 5D. When you say that you don't want to look at something, don't want to talk about something, when you stick your chest out and say - "That's what I believe and that's all there is to it!" - know that you are inviting a warning from the Ghost of Christmas Present, and interfering with the peace and enjoyment you've earned on your path.

As Jacob Marley, on his death bed, advised Scrooge with his last breath: "Save yourself!"

"A2PERSON" ON PL'S POST: "FATHER OF ADHD: 'IT IS A FICTITIOUS DISEASE!"

Bravo, PL, that you continue to bring awareness and skepticism to this issue. How much of ADHD is a dopamine-deficiency, and how much of ADHD reflects a particular wiring for humans which just happens to not compute with our modern way of life? The "Hunter-Farmer" theory even suggests that ADHD-ish-brains, far from pathological, were an adaptive trait that allowed our hunter ancestors to hyper-focus on the task at hand ("I'm gonna get that bear") and disregard all the boring stuff. Where would all the historical artists, intellectual, poets, inventors who clearly had an ADHD-ish brain be if they had medicated their brains into the neurotypical range? Props also for citing the danger of drugging our children at younger and younger ages and consigning them to a lifetime of medication dependency.

While it's hard out there for those of us who don't fit that neurological mold- this does not mean our wiring is 'pathological' nor does it mean stimulant medication is an appropriate response or long term solution.

AND YET, on a 3-D level here, ADHD-ish symptoms are REAL and they present REAL problems. Ask a young person with scatter-brain tendencies who is struggling to finish school, hold her job, pay bills, and ultimately navigate our our sensory-processing-labor market, and, odds are, she'd be pressed to call their ADHD-brain a gift. Sadly our global economy is such that we don't have the capacity to tailor-mold everyone a customized, personalized job that matches their distinct neurobiology and optimizes their gifts. Indeed, we live in a one-size-fits-all, information processing age, where prolonged executive functions in our prefrontal cortex is the goldstandard of professional competence. Likewise, many people do not have access to ADHD coaches, neurofeedback practitioners, naturopaths, or the myriad of other healers who are working outside of big Pharma. Those of us that do have that access been truly fortunate. Thanks again for your post! (In true ADHD fashion, I posted this twice :P Please delete the prior post!)

MORE ON FICTITIOUS DISEASES LIKE ADHD! (HOLD THE ZOLOFT, PLEASE!)

Now, research headed up by neuroscientists David Gurwitz and Noam Shomron of Tel Aviv University shows that SSRI's (Selective Serotonin ReUptake Inhibitors), so-called anti-depressants like Zoloft, Lexapro, Prozac, and more, do not actually prevent or treat depression. Why not?

Wait for it...

Because... “There’s really no evidence that depression is a serotonin-deficiency syndrome,” says Alan Gelenberg, a depression and psychiatric researcher at The Pennsylvania State University. “It’s like saying that a headache is an aspirin-deficiency syndrome.”

Welcome to 5D, Big Pharma!

TODAY'S "LIGHT TSUNAMI" QUOTE!

"The Light tsunami that is about to hit the solar system, planet earth and you, will shatter the remaining debris and barriers of the old energy; it will not survive the increase of frequencies. You will survive for you were born to this time, this day when the birth of a new being was to occur. The planning and preparation for this time has taken many lifetimes, on many planets, in many dimensions. Each of you has been seeded with a unique blend of gifts and talents with which you have been endowed by Source, through your own efforts and by the fractals of your composite being.
"Yet still we sense there are those among you who persist in denying their own power, who seek to lash out at others in a bid to gain some sort of protection for themselves by establishing as being authorities on any issue. This is an old game of the ego, desirous to protect its territory and to retain its rule over your future destiny. It is a game that the ego will not win, for the cycles have moved beyond the control of mind, ego and emotions to continue to limit humanity to the 3D belief system that was constructed specifically to control and suppress this very thing from happening – the birth of HuManity, into all its beauty and splendor."

IS THERE BEER IN 5D?!

Apparently even beer has had to make the transition to a higher vibration.

According to data by the Beer Marketer’s Insights, American sales of nine major brands, including the once top-selling Budweiser, declined by more than 25% over the past five years. Miller is down 56% and Michelob Light’s U.S. sales declined by nearly 70%.

Yep. It seems that in 5D, so-called "craft beers" and beers made in local microbreweries are what's happening.

In other words, like everything else in 5D, even beer has to be brewed with love and a conscious, personal touch to make it.

Oh, and by the way, you may have never heard of this Chinese pale ale, but Snow Beer is about twice as popular as Bud Light!

REPOST OF PL's FAVORITE "TODAY'S QUOTE!"

Frank Buckles, the 108-year-old last surviving veteran of World War I, when asked his secret to a long life, answered:

“When you start to die, don’t!”

WE ARE ALL THE WALRUS!

Just as I can still remember what I was doing, as a fourth grader, on the day John F. Kennedy was killed, and where I was and who I was with on the morning of September 11, 2001, I remember distinctly the details of the night of December 8, 1980, 33 years ago tonight.

I was riding a bus home from the evening shift at Covenant House, the then famous shelter for runaway teens in Times Square, when it was still a seedy Mecca for nefarious characters and lost souls from all over the country. I worked there per diem as a social worker, supplementing the income from my full-time day job at another social service agency. On Thanksgiving of that particular year, just 2 weeks before John's murder, I worked the evening shift at the shelter serving a sumptuous dinner to the kids that had been donated to Covenant House by John and Yoko. Each place setting had a card with artwork from John decorating it and a greeting from John, Yoko and Sean Lennon.

On that bus on December 8, around midnight, I was pretty much alone, lost in thought when the bus driver addressed me: "Did you hear what happened?" He asked. I just kind of mumbled, not really wanting to engage him. "They shot Lennon," he said. I thought to myself, "Oh boy, this guy's crazy," because I thought he was talking about Lenin, the communist leader who died almost sixty years earlier. The driver persisted until getting through and rocking my world. "Yep. They shot John Lennon," he said.

I could feel the blood drain out of my face.

Impossible.

"They shot John Lennon?!"

What?! Who?! Why?!!?

Interesting, isn't it, that the bus driver used the pronoun "they?" It's not an uncommon usage, but who are "they?" Chapman clearly killed John and acted alone in doing so, but yet, when the driver said "They," it seemed somehow appropriate. On 9/11/01, the person who first told me about the attack also said "They flew planes into the World Trade Center," even though it was not yet known who actually did it.

Who are "they?"

Well, "they" are "us."

As John Lennon himself once wrote:

"I am he as you are he as you are me and we are all together."

John came to understand something in his short time on Earth about the true oneness that exists in All That Is. Many of his lyrics, during and after the Beatle era, reflect some of that understanding. By choosing a lifetime in which he would be so monumentally famous, and die so infamously, you might say that John "volunteered" to play out the dualistic drama for us in his physical and emotional life, even as he sang about the true nature of our oneness and the synchronicity of everything that occurs:

"Nowhere you can be that isn't where you're meant to be."

Nothing truly, irrevocably tragic occurs, folks. We desire as souls to experience everything that we can conceive of, to know everything there is to know. In the "experiment" that was 3-dimensional physical reality in a linear time continuum, we explored how love, the essence of All That Is, can be expressed in that dimension. It was intense. And now, we are done with that particular experiment, which is why so many feel ready to move on from the experience of separateness.

Maybe that's what John was asking us to imagine - no Heaven, no hell, no religion, no country, no possessions... in other words, a world without duality.

"All you need is love."

FINAL SCENE FROM THE CITY ROCK PILOT!

This is the final scene from the City Rock pilot episode: "While You're Busy Making Other Plans," a moment when our main character, Frank Cello, confronts the ghost that has been haunting him throughout the episode, the spirit of the teen who died on Frank's watch, on the same night that John Lennon was murdered. Frank named his team after the kid.

EXT. NYC STREET - NIGHT

Frank is walking, lost. He arrives to the Gramercy Park Softball League playing field, walks past the Virgin Mary statue in centerfield and heads over to sit on a bench. He looks out onto the dark asphalt schoolyard, lit up only by the street lights.

CITY ROCK
Hey, man, your team was tough.

FRANK
What? What are you doing here?

CITY ROCK
What are you doing here?

FRANK
Look, what do you want?

CITY ROCK
What do you want?

FRANK
Tonight is not a good night for questions.

CITY ROCK
Can’t have answers without askin’ questions.

Silence for a long moment.

CITY ROCK (cont’d)
Remember that night John was killed?

Frank remembers and looks pained.

CITY ROCK (cont’d)
Four months ago tonight. That was not a good night.

FRANK
Don’t remind me.

CITY ROCK
Why’d you name your team after me?

FRANK
I don’t know. It just came to me.

CITY ROCK
I like that you did that.

FRANK
You never told me your real name.

CITY ROCK
Nobody has a real name on the street.
(beat)
Maybe it was his time, you know? John. I wasn’t into the Beatles. Kinda cool, though, that we checked out on the same night.

FRANK
Cool? Not exactly.

CITY ROCK
You couldn’t save me, Frank.

Frank starts to object.

CITY ROCK (cont’d)
No. I mean you couldn’t save me. You can’t save anybody, Frank. That’s what I’ve been tryin’ to tell you, but you don’t want to hear it.

Frank looks at the boy, then hangs his head for a long moment.

FRANK
Then, what am I doing? What’s the point? What’s my point?

CITY ROCK
What would Kirk say? You just know what you gotta do and you do it.

FRANK
You know Kirk?

CITY ROCK
(smiling)
Yeah, we just met. Hey, maybe you just keep going, Frank. These are crazy times comin’ up. This decade, I got a feelin’ a lot of people are gonna split. But what you’re tryin’ to do, it still matters.

Frank looks out at the ballfield under the moonlight, then looks back at the boy... but he isn’t there.

DISSOLVE TO:

EXT. CENTRAL PARK - SAME MOMENT

We see a crowd of people holding a candlelight vigil in Central Park in what will soon become Strawberry Fields.

DISSOLVE BACK:

EXT. GPSL PLAYING FIELD - SAME MOMENT

Frank walks over to home plate, stands there, looking out onto the field, then heads for home.

FADE TO BLACK.

GOOD MORNING! IT'S A BEAUTIFUL 5D DAY!

As promised, HERE is the link to Wendy Kennedy's channeled piece on why so many people are experiencing "symptoms" of fatigue, dizziness, flu-like feelings, etc.

This is a time of major energetic activity and transition, folks. I have never seen so many people waking up so quickly. (In fact, find a way right away to see the documentary "Wake Up." It's available on Netflix, if you have it, or you can rent it HERE.)

It is a wonder, and wonderful, to see the look on people's faces when they describe their experiences with wide eyes and exhilaration, followed by the bittersweet tears of saying farewell to their prior life as if it were simply a dream they once had.

Good morning to all!

ANGELS IN THE ARCHITECTURE! (MORE ON THE HUM HEARD ROUND THE WORLD!)

HERE is something amazing! The person who recorded these sounds describes them as an "angelic chorus in perfect harmony." I believe he is more correct than he might think.

So, like the news story on people around the world hearing an unusual hum, I have heard other personal stories of people hearing "things" - things that they try to describe in terms they can understand, but yet don't quite fit exactly into a familiar frame.

What do you think?

Read more HERE.

These are lyrics from Paul Simon's "You Can Call Me Al":

"He looks around, around .....
He sees angels in the architecture,
Spinning in infinity,
He says, Amen! and Hallelujah!"

HUM HEARD ROUND THE WORLD! MORE ON WAKING UP!

"It's known as "The Hum," a steady, droning sound that's heard in places as disparate as Taos, N.M.; Bristol, England; and Largs, Scotland. But what causes the Hum, and why it only affects a small percentage of the population in certain areas, remains a mystery, despite a number of scientific investigations."

Hmmm...

The veil is lifting between physical and non-physical realities, and that the sounds of previously unrevealed energies and entities that have always been around us are now becoming audible. It's kind of like an opportunity to get used to the presence of their company. Visuals will be next, folks!

TODAY'S EGO QUOTE!

"When the ego becomes too concerned with daily matters, with worry in other words, then the works of the tool [the ego] become clogged. It becomes ineffective. Dissociation [not identifying with the ego], and I will give you many ways of achieving it, unclogs the tool and is absolutely necessary."
Jane Roberts (Channeling "Seth")

FIFTY YEARS AGO TODAY!

Fifty years ago today, in another linearly measured reality, President John F. Kennedy was killed in Dallas. I was nine. I don’t "remember" much from the actual day, and my memories are blended with all the footage and stories of the events over the subsequent years. I remember being sent home from school with the whole world seeming to be focused on the event. Everything stopped in a way that is rare. Being just a kid at the time, I remember being disgruntled that I couldn’t watch any of my favorite TV shows because they were all pre-empted. After all, there were only a few TV channels in 1963, and Mom and Dad were watching only the news that day.

The murders of Martin Luther King and RFK in 1968, John Lennon’s murder in 1980, the Challenger explosion in 1986, and of course, 9/11 all were in the same world-stopping category of events. But somehow, the assassination of JFK looms larger and more unique. I realized in watching a documentary about JFK’s presidency recently that his singular mission here on earth may have been to turn the world away from nuclear annihilation, which he effectively did during the Cuban Missile Crisis. More or less on his own. The world never got back to that brink again, and now here we are, alive and well, shifted to a new vibration and ready to meet our galactic and intergalactic neighbors.

JFK’s death was the beginning of the end of seeing "politics" and "social movements" as the solutions to anything related to our further evolution. The Viet Nam War, Watergate, Kent State, and for me personally, and finally, the election of Ronald Reagan turned me inward in my search for ways to improve life on Planet Earth. That search and inward turn have never relented, and I would have to say today, have yielded much fruit.

“The kingdom of Heaven is within each of you.”

Indeed it is, and many are beginning to get that those words were not meant metaphorically. Life is an inside job. Creating reality, individually and collectively, begins within each of us.

I look around me today, as a reflection of looking within, and I see many people waking up. It’s beautiful. We made it. Good job, everyone. Nicely done.

Enjoy the coffee.

NEW ADDRESS FOR THE PATHWORK GUIDE LECTURES!

To All FPL Readers: In case you have tried to access the PWG Lectures through the link to the right and gotten a "FORBIDDEN" notice, fear not. This is 5D and access to higher wisdom is never denied. They just changed their address. You can now link to it from FPL and from HERE.

WHAT'S SO FUNNY ABOUT 5D?!

Apparently something.

The cover story of Time Out New York this week is about - and I'm not paraphrasing - the current "comedy boom."

"LIVE COMEDY Takes Over NYC"

That's the headline. No joke (Sorry.)

The New York Comedy Festival (What?!) was apparently in full swing here last week, unbeknownst to me, but not slipping my notice is the current surge of interest in all things funny. As of yesterday, I now personally know of at least three people who just decided to take-up stand-up. Just like that and they're off to any number of the city's countless comedy clubs, or grabbing an open mic in a bar whenever and wherever they can find one.

On the personal front, around our house, like many, many households these days, we don't watch CNN or MSNBC for the news anymore. We watch Jon Stewart, Stephen Colbert and Bill Maher. Comedians. Not only do our adolescent kids keep informed on world events via Comedy Central, but our 16-year old son, an old soul indeed, is infatuated with stand-up comedy, and not just as performed by Louis C.K., Sarah Silverman, Zach Galifia...whatever, and Wanda Sykes, et al, but he's also into the old-timers like Billy Crystal and Robin Williams, and even the deceased funny, like Richard Pryor and George Carlin.

So, what gives?

Well, in case you thought 5D was a "serious" dimension, think again. While interpersonal turmoil, creative labor pains, natural disasters and generalized existential angst were part of the initial Wave in 2012 that took us to 5D, humor, laughter, joyfulness and satisfaction in love and creativity will be the ambience post-Wave. And all of our Higher Selves know that physical life is "just a ride" anyway, as comedian Bill Hicks blithely pointed out (See the FPL post HERE)

So, lighten up enlightened readers. In the words of Michael the Archangel, as portrayed by John Travolta:

"You gotta laugh. It's the key to loving."

REPOST: "FROM NEAR DEATH TO SAME OLD LIFE? A FREE SAMPLE NOT FOLLOWED UP ON!"

Below is a link to a very interesting piece by Tim Kreider, a man who had a near-death experience that truly changed him and made him happy... but only for one year. After that, it was back to the muck.

Why should that happen?

It is our self-made (in childhood) character structures that cause our lives to be repetitive and not fully gratifying. Logically, it would be the removal of said structures that could lead to fulfilling, spontaneous lives, right? Yes, but... no external event, regardless of how dramatic - a life-threatening illness, a tragic loss, falling in love, or winning the lottery - can by itself undo what we have created. Such events, however, can open a window to our souls temporarily, giving us a glimpse of what life can be like outside of the confines of our defenses. These "free samples from the Universe," as I like to call them ("A glimpse of grace," Tim Kreider calls them.), are opportunities to pursue the inner self-work necessary to keep the window open. It can be done, and more rapidly today than ever before, but it is determined work, and more transformative even than... being stabbed in the throat.

Alas, Tim concluded, erroneously, what so many have:

"It didn’t last, of course. You can’t feel grateful to be alive your whole life any more than you can stay passionately in love forever."

Yes, you can, Tim. It's just not enough to almost die. You have to decide to do whatever it takes to get free and stay free.

P.S. For one of FPL's favorite Pathwork Guide lectures on how one can stay in love forever, I refer Tim, and everyone to this lecture: "THE FORCES OF LOVE, EROS AND SEX."

HERE is the link to Tim's article.

DRINK COFFEE AND HONEY AND FORGET THE INHALER ! (MORE ON "IF IT FEELS GOOD, IT IS GOOD!")

No kidding. An article on GreenMedInfo, entitled "Honey Plus Coffee Beats Steroid For Treating Cough," sites a new study that found that the coffee-honey combo was significantly more effective than prednisone in curing a persistent upper respiratory tract infection.

I've posted several times about following your Pleasure Principle in deciding what to eat, how to heal yourself and how to live. I've also posted several pieces on the benefits of coffee, chocolate and sunshine over the years (HERE, HERE, HERE and HERE)

Once you've freed yourself from the confining beliefs, emotional suppression and physical stresses caused by your character structures, your body will tell you what it needs.

And believe it or not, very often what it needs... tastes good!

TODAY'S MUSIC QUOTE!

"The greatest thing you'll ever learn is just to love and be loved in return."
(From the song, "Nature Boy," written by Eden Ahbez)

THE TRIADIC NATURE OF IT ALL!

I've been writing lately about Eckhart Tolle's paradigm for the evolution of consciousness from "acceptance to enjoyment to enthusiasm." I have also written often here about the pulsatory movements of consciousness and the cosmos as being "expansion-contraction-rest," and about the triadic aspects of our Higher Selves as being "love, wisdom and will," and in my own paradigm about the evolution of a person through the healing process as from "false clarity to genuine confusion to genuine clarity."

The triadic nature of so many spiritual paradigms is surely no coincidence.

In Catholicism, there is the "Holy Trinity" of the "Father-Son-Holy Spirit." The "Law of Three" is a significant tenant of Wiccan and Pagan spirituality practices and beliefs. And so on...

Well, I came upon a fascinating bit of "triadic" information today in the Daily Beast.

On the 22nd of this month, it will be the 50th anniversary of the death of President John F. Kennedy. Most people know that fact. What most people don't know is that two other famous men who influenced our world greatly also died that day: Aldous Huxley (philosopher and author of "Brave New World") and C.S. Lewis (author of "The Chronicles of Narnia).

November 22 1963.

Three legendary souls entered the afterlife together. Must have led to some interesting conversations!

"RICO" COMMENTS ON PL'S "VULNERABILITY" POST!

"It wasn't until I made this connection that I could truly forgive everyone. It comes and goes but once I made the realization it was akin to passing thru a doorway. Thanks for your writings and the life you're living and sharing."

IF YOUR PARENT WAS A HOARDER, YOU DID NOT HAVE A "NORMAL" CHILDHOOD!

I'm sorry to do this, but here's the truth: whenever a new patient arrives to my office and begins the session by saying that they had a "normal" childhood, or that a parent was their "best friend," or some such idealization, I know it's going to be a bit of a row to hoe. It's not that the purpose of therapy is to trash your parents, or to blame them for all of your dysfunctions, but I've been waiting for over 30 years to meet someone, in or out of therapy, who had a "normal" childhood. What most people mean by "normal," is "typical." But the fact that the majority of families are riddled with disorder, does not mean it's normal.

There's a new memoir out called, "COMING CLEAN," written by Kimberly Rae Miller, about growing up in a "hoarder household." I have a great deal of compassion for Kimberly, and appreciate her courage in revealing the details of her childhood trauma, but as a practitioner who has worked with adult children of OCD parents, I have to set the record straight because denial is one of the main defenses that slows down the healing process in therapy. Again, while it's not useful to denigrate or slander our parents, it is necessary to one's self-actualization to acknowledge the wounds suffered at the hands of our primary caretakers, and to release the rage and sorrow those injuries caused us to suppress and stockpile in our emotional and physical bodies.

Here's an excerpt from Kimberly's book:

"In many ways, I had a really normal childhood. I had parents who were there for everything—every soccer game, every dance recital. My parents wanted me, and I always felt that."

And then:

"The hard thing was in knowing my normal was really, really abnormal for the rest of the world. I always felt this compulsive need to hide who I really was from the rest of the world. So no one would ever see my house or see our car because there were things in our car. I was incredibly shy as a child because I just didn’t want to be noticed. I didn’t want to bring attention to me or the way we lived."

I am not just nitpicking semantics here, folks. How we talk to ourselves about our  our experiences, and the words we use in our inner lives, act as hypnotic suggestions that then create the reality we live out. In order to say "I had a normal childhood," while simultaneously saying "I wanted to be invisible to the world" because of a parent's disorder, requires the offspring in this situation to split themselves internally in order to hold the contradiction in their consciousness.

"Splitting," a compartmentalization of opposite and conflicting affect states, is a defense mechanism in which a person, when faced with emotional stress or conflict, views himself or others as all good or all bad, or alternates between idealizing and devaluing the self or another; positive and negative qualities in the self or others are unable to be integrated into cohesive images. This splitting causes many difficulties in every area of life.

Folks, if you face the genuine slings and arrows of your childhoods, you will not end up hating your parents... or yourself. You will arrive to a natural compassion for them and an organic forgiveness. But if you cover up and confuse yourself, it will be for no one's sake. It will be to the detriment of your health and well-being, and equally, it won't benefit your parents or anyone else either.

The truth will always set you free.

TOLLE FOR PRESIDENT?!

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our Light, not our Darkness, that most frightens us."

You probably already know the above quote. Nelson Mandela famously used it in an inaugural address. It is generally attributed to spiritual writer ("Return To Love") and teacher (" A Course In Miracles"), Marianne Williamson, who recently made headlines by announcing that she is... wait for it... running for Congress!

That's right. Williamson is running in California's 33rd district, looking to oust long-term Congressman Henry Waxman.

Well, why not? Spiritual teachers creating a new wave in government? Love and light as the foundation of a political campaign? Consciousness and enlightenment as the measure of a candidate's capacity to govern?

Folks, let your imagination have a go at it. This is 5D, remember? Anything is possible.

Congresswoman Marianne Williamson? How about Congressman Depak Chopra? Or Senator Wayne Dyer? Attorney General Shakti Gawain? Secretary of State Neale Donald Walsch? Health and Human Services Secretary Louise Hay?And President Eckhart Tolle?!

Hey... How's this for a government?

 Hail to the Chief?
