5D MEANS LESS PEOPLE, PEOPLE!
This is an update on a piece from a couple of years ago, before Muhammad Ali, Prince, David Bowie, and many others well-known figures crossed over.
Here's the original piece -
That's right.
I've written and talked a lot about the "Whatever happened to..." phenomenon in 5D in which people whose vibration is significantly lower than yours, and who have no conscious intention of changing, will disappear from your life, either through death, moving away, getting too busy, etc.
I wrote about a statistical report that there were more deaths recorded on Planet Earth in 2012 than in any previous year. A piece in the Huffington Post business section this week reports: "U.S. Population Grows At Slowest Rate Since The Great Depression"
While the business minded might want to see this as an economic cause and effect, and part of some kind of historical cycle, the truth is that in the 5D era, there will organically be less people on Earth, at least on the 5D version of the planet. As some people I work with have experienced this reality in their lives, they are at first a bit disconcerted and fearful:
"Who am I going to talk to?"
"Everyone seems asleep or crazy."
"I'm going to end up being alone."
Not at all. When you clean out a closet of old belongings that no longer suit or fit you, you don't imagine that you will never own anything to go in that closet again, do you? Likewise, while many people you have known and interacted with in 3D may be disappearing, new people that you have "spiritual contracts" with will be appearing. In fact, as you awaken and lift the veil of 3D un-consciousness, you will be amazed at how not alone you are.
Indeed, as the physical population on Earth declines, your awareness of beings not entirely physical or even human will be increasing.
Ready or not (and if you're reading this, you're ready), here we go!

THE WAVES WE ARE MAKING!
For those of you born 50 years ago or more ("First Wavers"), this will be poignant. Your journey is and has been unique in a way that only other First Wavers will understand. You've been through a lot! As Oneness puts it, you are the "midwives who are assisting with the birthing of a new reality."
For those of you born three or four decades ago ("Second Wavers"), yours has been an observational tour of a changing landscape. You are the curious chroniclers.
For you most recently arrived to Planet Earth ("Third Wavers"), the world to come is yours!
To all of you, enjoy the ride!

This is one of my favorite passages from "Oneness," by Rasha. It speaks to the extraordinary times we are living in, that of humanity making a dimensional shift in consciousness that affects all aspects of life, now and to come.
Here's Oneness:
"Generations to come may speculate on what it was like to be alive in these times. For, your history will allude to conditions that they will not be able to comprehend. The world as you know it will undergo radical transformations in the times to come. And the foundation upon which you have built your understandings of the nature of your reality will have changed so dramatically that one would be apt to question whether it was the same world at all.
Indeed, that is the very nature of the process. For the world as you know it to be is, in fact, dematerializing in the wake of the momentum that is driving all Creation. The changes are taking form in subtle increments. And often one does not even notice that a significant shift has occurred. But, from the perspective of a broader vision, one will be able to look back upon these times with wonderment. And those of you who will have retained your physical form will have fascinating stories to tell as to how these changes came to be.
Younger beings, who will only be able to imagine life under such conditions, will marvel at how such memories are even possible. You, whose very presence will attest to the extent of the journey in consciousness humankind has undertaken, see these days of transformation from a markedly different perspective. For, collectively, you are the midwives who are assisting with the birthing of a new reality. Your willingness to be in physical form during these changes is an act of courage. For, it would have been far easier to wait until the dust had settled and simply manifest into more favorable circumstances.
You, who read these words, are among those who chose to experience the transformational journey in physical form and to have the experience of physical ascension. Future generations will have made preparations for incarnation into a dramatically different world. Their natural inclination to be less reactive reflects the fact that many of these younger beings have a dramatically different vibrational constitution than you do. Their energy fields are not cluttered with unresolved emotional blockages, and life for the young, in general, flows more smoothly than it did for you at their stage of development.
The beings now incarnating into your reality are, themselves, representations of an interim stage in the evolution of the being who will, ultimately, populate your world. Their perceptions seem clearer, at times, than your conditioning permits yours to be. And they are puzzled as to why the older generations seem to struggle with their lives, when they do not appear to manifest so much conflict in theirs.
These beings have incarnated at vibrational levels that are in harmony with the conditions now prevalent in your world, whereas, you incarnated at vibrational levels from which your reality has ascended. In keeping up with the pace of those changes, you have systematically shed the layers of density that were designed to keep you grounded at levels you have transcended. And for you, the process will be ongoing, as long as you retain your present physical form.
In the process, you are able to confront and release the karmic constraints that contribute to that vibrational density. And your conscious awareness of that process was the opportunity for which you chose this physical incarnation. The beings who will be incarnating in human form in the times soon to come will have a natural affinity for the world of nature. They will be able to communicate easily with the other life forms that populate your reality, and their easy interaction with these other forms of intelligence will set the stage for the air of peace and harmony that will prevail. That harmonization is characteristic of an orientation based on a sense of Oneness, not only with one’s fellow human beings, but with all life. The beings now in their physical infancy will exhibit abilities that would have been considered most unusual, not long ago. These beings are incarnating fully equipped to cope in a world that neither you nor they have seen, as yet."
SLEEP DEPRIVED OR WAKING UP?!
I hear almost daily from someone who is feeling "sleep-deprived," complaining that they do not get enough sleep, and that typically means they wake up after 4 or 5 hours into the night.
This is from a piece on the Huffington Post called: "Is Short Sleep A Big Bad Wolf?", written by Daniel F. Kripke, M.D., Professor of Psychiatry Emeritus and co-Director of Research at Scripps Clinic Viterbi Family Sleep Center:
"Manufacturers of sleeping pills provided most of the initial funding for The National Sleep Foundation (NSF), an organization devoted largely to issuing public proclamations about sleep. A public relations firm for the makers of Ambien bragged on the internet about their role in a NSF campaign to raise insomnia to its deserved level of a national public health crisis. Directed in part by agents of the Ambien manufacturer, this campaign was successful in increasing new prescriptions for sleep medications. Ambien attained 30 percent of the sales in the first year. Later, NSF campaigns about alleged dangers of insufficient sleep in children were followed by a huge increase in sleeping pill consumption by children."
"Sleep doesn't help if your soul is tired."

Repost: "LEARNING TO LOVE YOUR HATE ON MOTHER'S DAY!"
A few days early... but...
Here's one from the FPL archives. It's a bit of a "period piece" in that it was written from the 3rd Dimension, but it still makes some interesting points.
Enjoy!
"LEARNING TO LOVE YOUR HATE ON MOTHER'S DAY!"
I have occasionally been hard on parents over the years of writing on FPL, its true, but invariably my criticism has been in the direction of urging parents, especially mothers, to take better care of themselves, to focus on their own self-acceptance and seek gratification in their adult life. I have tried to encourage mothers to trust nature more, and to trust their kids, without trying to control or "fix" everything.
In that regard, Donna Fish, a psychoanalyst writing on the Huffington Post offered a perfect Mother's Day gift a few years ago, entitled, "Love and Hate in the Time of Parenting." It beautifully informs us that having feelings of "hate" for your kids at times is not only normal, but beneficial, if experienced consciously and without guilt.
Here are some excerpts from Donna:
"I want to help all you parents out there learn why and how it is vital to embrace your intense feelings of hatred at times towards your kids. Don't feel guilty. This is not to give yourself a free pass, or a rationalization, but rather to let you know why in fact it is a vital part of teaching your children how to tolerate ambivalent feelings. Part of being a human being and part of relationships.
"I promise you, this is not coming only from the Mom perspective of how I feel at times when I am in the biggest fight with my kids. It comes from the training I have gotten as an analyst, when I was told by one of my best teachers: 'good enough is not only 'good enough', it is vital to help kids tolerate disappointment, and learn to hold onto us in their minds in the face of their own anger and hatred."
I love that! I have said that many times to mothers - "Good enough is good enough." Perfect is not only not an attainable goal, it is not a desirable goal. One of the biggest and most important tasks of growing up is learning how to accept all of one's feelings, especially the negative ones. And children, like the little sponges that they are, learn by example through absorption. If you feel guilty for every moment of anger, sadness or fear you have, your kids will pick up on that guilt, and incorporate it into their evolving personality. They will then treat their own feelings as suspect, not legitimate or acceptable.
Here's more from Donna:
"Now we are talking primitive feelings here, right? But name me an intense relationship that doesn't involve love and hate, and I will say that is not intimate. Or deeply involved."
Here's one of my favorite passages from Jane Roberts' extraordinary channeled "Seth" book, "The Nature of Personal Reality:"
"Left alone, hate does not last. Often it is akin to love for the hater is attracted to the object of hatred by deep bonds. In its natural state, hatred does not initiate violence. Love and hate are both based upon self-identification. You do not bother to love or hate someone you cannot identify with at all. Hatred always involves a painful sense of separation from love, which may be idealized. If you hate a parent, it is precisely because you expect such love. A person from who you expect nothing will never earn your bitterness. Hatred, then, is a means of returning to love, and left alone and expressed, it is meant to communicate a separation that exists in relation to what is expected. Often you are taught not only to repress verbal expressions of hate, but also told that hateful thoughts are as bad as hateful actions. You become conditioned so that you feel guilty when you even contemplate hating another. In this case, you will exaggerate all those differences from the ideal, and focus on them predominantly. But it requires only a determined and honest attempt to become aware of your own feelings and beliefs, and even your hateful fantasies will return you to reconciliation and release love. Love, therefore, can contain hate very nicely."
Back to Donna:
"Learn to love your hate. I am always drawn to other irreverent moms like myself, who are willing to be upfront about their angry feelings, and the emotional intensity that can come up in parenting.
"Most importantly though, we do need to model for our kids, that, in the face of their tantrums, or anger as we don't give them what they want, that we can hold onto their love for us and we remember how great they are even when they are behaving so badly. That gives them a way to soothe themselves and hold on to soothing feelings to help them develop that tool to prevent fixing it with drugs, alcohol, food, etc.
"Simple. Direct. Don't be afraid. It passes. Teach your kid it is not the end of the world and you know they still love you, as you do them even when you or they 'feel' the hatred. I know we don't like to use that word.
"But hey, we are all human. If you can feel it, you don't have to act on it.
"Happy Mother's Day!"

TO LOVE YOURSELF BECAUSE OF YOUR FAULTS! (TODAY'S "ONENESS" QUOTE!)
"Those
moments when you judge yourself most harshly and in which you feel you let
yourself down are the moments most deeply yearned for as a soul. For, in the
moments you look back upon with deepest regret—the ones that conjure up within
you the most profound humiliation in your own eyes—are the moments for which
you chose a human incarnation. These key experiences serve as reference points
for you to underscore the themes you have acted out. And your purpose in
drawing these experiences to you was in creating moments that would be truly
unforgettable. Your darkest hour was, in actuality, your shining moment. For,
in the authenticity of your emotional experience was your key to your
liberation from the pattern that keeps you rooted in the pain of separation from
who you really are. The key to the self-mastery that is so fervently sought by
you who are so keenly aware of your process of evolution, is not to love
yourself despite your perceived shortcomings—but rather, to love yourself
because of them."
PRINCE FROM THE AFTERWORLD!
"Dearly Beloved,
We are gathered here today
To get through this thing called life.
Electric word, life.
It means forever and that's a mighty long time,
But I'm here to tell you
There's something else -
The after world
A world of never ending happiness.
You can always see the sun, day or night.
So when you call up that shrink in Beverly Hills,
You know the one, Dr. 'Everything'll Be Alright,'
Instead of asking him how much of your time is left
Ask him how much of your mind, baby.
'Cause in this life
Things are much harder than in the after world.
In this life
You're on your own
And if the elevator tries to bring you down
Go crazy, punch a higher floor."

TODAY'S "ONENESS" QUOTE!
"Once integration has taken place, one is able to transcend the limitation of one’s previous focus. In so doing, one is able to remain in harmony with all that previously defined one’s existence while, simultaneously, opening to encompass the fullness of the totality at that stage in one’s process. There is no need to direct this process through your intent. For it is you who will be directed and not the other way around. One’s sense of it is of being in a state of absolute receptivity, of surrendering totally, on every possible level, the need— the compulsion—to control the process. This is the direction in which you are headed in these times. This is a fragmentary glimpse of the world that awaits you. The world would be less the sense of a destination than of the journey itself. For the destination would be in relinquishing the need for destination. The objective would be in releasing the need to know. The opportunity would be in turning over the reins that would govern momentum and direction, and to experience the perfection of the ride."

TODAY’S "ONENESS" QUOTE!
“Imagine for a moment that life as you know it is but a fragment of the true nature of reality. Imagine that you have been given a privileged glimpse into a world where the scope of what can be created is limitless. Imagine that you have been empowered with the ability to manifest anything and everything you wish, merely by willing that it be so. Imagine that you are no longer at the mercy of circumstances that are seemingly beyond your control, and that life is the end result of your highest intent, in all instances. That is, in fact, the nature of your reality. That is the potential with which you have been empowered. Not in some future time and place, but in the ‘here and now.”

“I am free of the names I have carried. I am releasing the need to be known through the names I have used. I am acknowledging my freedom from any agreements I have made with any of you to know myself through the identity I chose in my relation with you.”

TODAY'S "SUPER-UNDERSTATEMENT" QUOTE!
Beatles producer, George Martin, once said that at times he felt he didn't get enough recognition for his work outside of the Beatles.
"There was a time when I really got fed up with being the Beatles' producer, it seemed as though I'd never done anything else in my life," Martin said in a 1998 documentary. "But time eases a lot of things and it certainly eases that, because I realize that it was something to be really proud of."
Ya think?!

TODAY'S "BOOK OF MASTERY" QUOTE!
When you think something must be there, it is brought into form. And when you believe it must be there, whether it’s a high creation or a very low creation, you are aligned to it, in acceptance of it, and in that choice, “I see this thing before me, it must be so,” you give it merit and you add to its structure. If you can understand that: When you think of something in a certain way you bring to bear the vibration of that thought on the thing you see. You like the bank you went to. They were very kind to you at the teller’s booth. You pass the bank and you say, “Oh, I have a good bank.” Your perceptions, you see, are informing the vibration not only of your relationship to your own thought but upon the thing itself. Now what we are teaching you today as we continue is that what you create you must attend to at a new level of consciousness. When you believe something must be there, you give it credence, and there are things you give credence to that do not need to be there. Here is a list of things that do not need to be there: Fear, in all its forms and in all its creations. And here is what is fear: war, poverty, greed, anger, abuse, and violence. These are all things you see out-pictured that you think must be there. “Well, they must be there, they’ve always been there, how will they leave? I don’t buy this for a moment.” Here is how they leave: The light that you are in its full expression has the ability to move a mountain. The alignment you have individually is much more powerful than you can conceive of.

THE TRUTH ABOUT EVERYTHING, PART FIVE: THE BODY NEVER LIES!
"The Body Never Lies!"
First coined in mass consciousness, as far as I know, by Alexander Lowen, creator of the mind-body-emotions therapy process known as Bioenergetics, this simple, direct statement should change everything in the same way that the other Truths About Everything should. What Lowen extensively demonstrated in several seminal books, including his first, "Language of the Body", was that our physical bodies "speak" openly and clearly, continuously and unequivocally to us and to others. If you want to know the state of a person's inner life, beliefs and attitudes, even their emotional, physical and psychological history, you can literally read their body language like a book.
We all have this knowledge. To a great extent it is coded into our everyday expressions. Someone said to have a "stiff upper lip," which means able to endure hardship, does indeed have a thin, tight, not supple upper lip, indicating a history of early oral deprivation. Someone who you experience as a "pain in the ass," does in fact cause you to squeeze your buttocks together to ward off their intrusive, "anal" tendencies, reminiscent, perhaps, of some early toilet training issues. "Tight-fisted” (stingy), “tight-mouthed” (secretive), “shouldering responsibilities” (bearing burdens), “holding your head up high” (being proud), and on and on, these are not mere metaphors or analogies. These expressions about personality traits show up in actual body expressions and deformations, which are incorporated in our defensive systems and character structures.
It must be a calling of mine in this lifetime to be working in this area of body language, because even as a young boy, I was aware that people always looked exactly like who they were inside, even if on the outside they tried to cover up with a mask. All children initially have this awareness, but they are unfortunately taught to deny what they see. For the purposes of my path, I never suppressed this awareness. Interestingly, I've recently rediscovered the Ian Fleming "James Bond" novels, which I was an ardent reader of as a young adolescent. What I was surprised to find out in the current reading was that Fleming/Bond was an astute reader of body language, often describing someone's probable history and present-time intentions in their body configurations. A person might be described as having a "cruel mouth" or "proud breasts," in spite of other outward attempts to show the opposite.
So, what are the ramifications of this Truth, that the body doesn't lie? Well, for one thing, it puts our masks in perspective, doesn't it? You see, only the mind lies. We can fool ourselves, and attempt to fool others, with our thoughts and words, but in fact, our masks cannot actually hide our inner self from another who wants to see us. It can only, to some degree, hide our inner self from ourself. Others might agree to go along with your mask, if you go along with theirs, but know this - if someone wants to see who you are, they can do so with impunity, despite your best efforts at deception. That's what made James Bond such a good secret agent. It's also what makes for good therapy. A good therapist is a tuned in reader of body language, and an accurate mirror, basically someone who is willing to see and reflect back what is visible but denied by the patient. The same can be said of a good friend, a good parent, lover, etc.
Another ramification of this Truth has to do with our own attitudes towards our bodies. If you "don't like" your body or judge it negatively, it is an indication of your being out of alignment, being in a state of untruth. A significant book that I used for my class segment on body language, "Molecules of Emotion," by Candace Pert, demonstrates that all the way down to the bio-molecular level, when we are in truth, no matter how difficult to face, we come into a state of health and alignment. Conversely, when we are not in truth, we are in a state of dis-ease.
Furthermore... to not like your body is irrational. Your body is merely a living reflection of your inner life, and metaphysically speaking, your body is always a perfect expression of your soul. To blame your body for its condition it is like blaming a mirror for what you see in the mirror. If you hold anger in your body fat, if your muscles and skeletal system are twisted, rigid, inflexible, etc., it is simply you letting yourself know what you are going through inside. The opportunity in the reflection is for you to love and have compassion for your journey, and to know yourself better.
So, give it up, folks. Anyone who wants to can see who you are and what you're going through. See yourself. The amount of effort it takes to create and wear a mask is enormous and it has no practical purpose whatsoever. Really. Whoever loves you, loves you in all of your glory, in spite of what you believe to be your "imperfections."
We can see you. Relax.

Relax.
HOLLYWOOD BIDS FAREWELL TO 3D!
One more day 'till the debacle known as The Academy Awards. Yes! The Oscars! In many ways this year, Hollywood, and the ubiquitous "Academy," are apparently giving the Lifetime Achievement Award to... Hollywood and the ubiquitous Academy! It is like a final tribute to its century-long reign in 3D (as in 3rd Dimensional consciousness) film entertainment. And like everything during this time of consciousness raising, 3D must give way to 5D.

That's it? That's all you've got, Academy members?!
Oh well, now, the movement I'm most excited about - the #HollywoodSoOldWhiteMen farewell!
These days, most people in the movie business under 65 years of age are pretty clear that the "Studio System" and the so-called "Golden Age of Hollywood" are defunct, certainly dying if not quite dead.
Old or aging white male moguls, titans and tyrants, who ruled with an iron fist for so long, keeping women, racial minorities, gays, and ironically, people their own age, locked out of positions of power or out of the choicest roles in films, are being challenged by younger, diverse, enlightened minds and rapid advances in technology and social media.
And just as traditional studio filmmaking gave way (somewhat) to independent filmmaking, and Network television gave way to Cable, which is giving way to Netflix, Hulu and AmazonPrime, all of which will give way to home grown, grassroots production companies and collectives very soon, the oligarchy that has been Hollywood is heading for its final moments on stage next Sunday.
More prescient that he may have known, Billy Joel's apocalyptic song from 1976 was our clarion call to "Say good-bye to Hollywood!"

See ya!
Flash! Hot off the press - "Hollywood still 'straight, white, boys’ club', finds major diversity survey!"
So, how is this honorarium and departure manifesting? Well, in 3 ways, basically - by the depictions in the nominated films themselves, by the #OscarsSoWhite mortification and boycott movement, and by the #HollywoodSoOldWhiteMen movement that's about to get underway.
Starting with the movies...
"The Big Short," "Spotlight," "Room," "Bridge of Spies," "Brooklyn," and "The Revenant" all harken back to recent or not so recent moments in time when the primary themes of 3D life were greed and corruption, sexual abuse and denial, paranoia and xenophobia, prejudice and nativism, survival and revenge.
Ah, you gotta love dualistic, linear, time-limited consciousness!
Then, there's Mad Max and The Martian, set in a future created by the most popular 3D themes of all: fear, fear and more fear! Fear of abandonment, of course, fear of technology, and fear of the ever present imaginings of a dystopian, nuclear war torn, water-deprived doom in the not-too-distant future.
What anticipatory, optimistic fun, eh?! Well, actually, it was for a while, in its way, and I sort of enjoyed most of the films above, but with a sense of relief to be moving on from those old story lines.
Onto #OscarsSoWhite... so much has already been said and written about this embarrassment that all I can add is... Really?!
