TODAY'S "IN CASE YOU'RE WORRIED ABOUT DYING" QUOTE!
“Space and time are simply ‘tools of the mind,” says one Professor Robert Lanza, physicist, who purports that death as we know it is an illusion created by our consciousness. In accordance with the scientist’s work, theoretical physicists also believe there is an infinite number of universes with different variations of people, and situations, taking place simultaneously. Enthusiastic about the truths of his studies, the Professor added that “everything which can possibly happen is occurring at some point across these multiverses and this means death can’t exist in ‘any real sense’ either.”
TODAY'S TOLLE QUOTE!
"All negativity is caused by an accumulation of psychological time and denial of the present. Unease, anxiety, tension, stress, worry, all forms of fear are caused by too much future and not enough presence. Guilt, regret, resentment, grievances, sadness, bitterness, and all forms of non-forgiveness are caused by too much past, and not enough presence."
Eckhart Tolle
TODAY'S PAUL SIMON QUOTE!
"Nature gives us shapeless shapes
Clouds and waves and flame
But human expectation
Is that love remains the same
And when it doesn't
We point our fingers
And blame blame blame"

TODAY'S "WHATEVER HAPPENED TO?" QUOTE!
"As you make the shift in consciousness [to 5D] those that are not on your frequency will simply vanish from your life, one way or another. Even though right now you are still in a collective agreement that allows you to experience people who have belief systems that are very different, very incompatible with the frequency you prefer, it will no longer be possible as you shift for you to remain in a reality with people whose vibrations are at such a different level than yours."

"THE HUSTLER" VERSUS "THE COLLABORATOR" - A 5D STORY!
Most FPL readers have seen my post from the beginning of 2013 ("IT'S 2013! WHICH EARTH ARE YOU ON?!") in which I outlined the basic rules now in play in 5D, the dimension that everyone you know on Earth has shifted to.
Rule # 2 states:
"Creating your reality and its experiences from your emotions and your ego is obsolete. Creating your reality from the vibrations of your Higher Self, supported by and in collaboration with the human and universal collective, is the 5D way of living."
Well, someone I am working with, in what she described as a personal "epiphany," recently came to understand and experience how Rule # 2 works.
Here, in her own words is her story:

HUSTLER vs. COLLABORATOR
Hustler?
I’ve always “Labeled” myself as “THE HUSTLER.” From growing up on
suburban Long Island and yearning to get out, to doin dope on the Lower East
Side, to being an addict in recovery, to be a working actress HERE in NYC. As a
matter of fact, just the other day in conversation I shared with another
actor:”...well Im a “HUSTLER” so I have no problem “Making IT Happen.” That’s always been my motto: Im gonna “Make
IT Happen.” Hustle, Hustle, Hustle...Take the action, connect the dots and
“Make IT Happen.”
This “Label,” as Tolle speaks of it, or “Idea” of myself as well as the characters I play has become so ingrained in my identity. An identity that gives me: strength, courage, confidence, hutzpah and charge.....or so I thought....
To be honest, my deepest desire is to “BE” a COLLABORATOR. And so the question is raised: How do I step into “BEING” a COLLABORATOR? Notice the word “BEING” has replaced “THE.” Already there is a shift happening. And as I marinate on this thought/this DESIRE, I arrive at what I call a “CONNECTION EPIPHANY.” I’m well aware of my “HUSTLER” identity and have always worn it proudly until...The “CONNECTION EPIPHANY.” In that moment I realized: If I TRULY DESIRE TO “BE” A COLLABORATOR THEN I MUST LET GO OF “THE HUSTLER.” Then the gates opened so to speak....”THE HUSTLER” has not been serving me, it keeps me separate, pushes people away, is not inviting and in fact is aggressive and warlike (Its ME AGAINST THE WORLD), it’s untrusting, hordish, selfish coming from a place of scarcity, lack, inadequacy and not “BEING” enough. In essence it negates the very thing I deeply DESIRE “BEING” a COLLABORATOR. WOW! So not serving and totally counterproductive. Once the “CONNECTION” was made I started to bring my awareness and acknowledge every time “THE HUSTLER” came up. hhhhhmmmm.....there’s “THE HUSTLER.”

Making a conscious shift into “BEING” a COLLABORATOR I had the
realization that I felt vulnerable, open and exposed....and if I shared
whatever it was that I was sharing I would lose it and it would be taken away
from me....hhhmmmm.....INTERESTING... Now I know, that is FAR FROM THE
TRUTH. However, it was an unconscious
belief that had surfaced for me. Pulling
that thread made me take a look at a challenging professional relationship I
have had. Now, little back story:
Throughout this relationship I was always quick to point the finger. “THIS
PERSON” was NOT “BEING” a COLLABORATOR.
With this new realization, I can see now that I wasn't “BEING” a
COLLABORATOR at the table.
Unconsciously, I was guarded due to fear of being vulnerable and
exposed. With this realization I’m now
able to consciously shift this egoic relationship into one of COLLABORATION.
Why just the other evening when I was at a film festival I shared casually in
conversation, I AM A COLLABORATOR.....hhhhmmmmm......INTERESTING....
These are exciting times we are living in...To Create from the
place of 5D, Oneness, Allowing, Trusting, Not Knowing as a COLLABORATOR;
opposed to 3D, EGO, the same situation over and over the HUSTLER.
I know which line of reality I’m switching to......Do You?
SCIENCE IS CATCHING UP! ARE YOU?!
It's 2014, folks.
You know what's superstitious, out of touch and "old fashioned?" To not believe that thoughts and intentions can change the physical world around us.
If I have only one legacy in this lifetime, it will be that I was able to convey to some people this one truth:
We create our reality from our beliefs!

WAR IS OVER! (IN 5D)
Here's the headline: "ARMY EVOLVES: PLANS SMALLEST FORCE SINCE PRE-WORLD WAR II!"
Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel will propose on Monday a reduction in the size of the U.S. Army to its smallest size since before World War Two and scrapping a class of Air Force attack jets. The plans, which the paper said were outlined by several Pentagon officials on condition of anonymity, would be aimed at reducing defense spending after a pledge by President Barack Obama to end U.S. involvement in wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. It would leave the military too small for long foreign occupations.
So, we've got less murders, and in fact, less deaths from all kinds of violence worldwide, fewer bankers, fewer cigarette smokers, and... well, read the ongoing list HERE.
And now, we're rendering ourselves incapable of sustaining war.
Isn't that just a proper Monday morning in 5D?!

ADDENDUM TO: "IN CASE YOU THINK YOU'RE GETTING OLD, THINK AGAIN!"
HERE is a blog post about one of my my favorite subjects: the myths about aging. In the piece, entitled "6 Things You Know About Aging That Just Aren't True," Deepak Chopra delivers the truth. If you have even one negative idea about what it means to get older, I highly recommend you read the post.
I also refer you to the article below, posted here last month, and to THIS page of posts on FPL.
Here's the headline from last month:
"NUMBER OF CENTENARIANS IS BOOMING IN U.S."
That's right. I've been pointing this out for a while, now. Those living to one hundred years of age, or older, represent the fastest growing part of the population. Many of my readers, in other words, are not even at half-time, yet, and even those in so-called middle-age, are just at the beginning of it.
It's so important, folks, to not arrange your views of life and yourself on the beliefs of previous generations. We are always creating our reality anew, every day, and especially now in greater leaps between probable lines of reality. Living to one hundred is the least of it.
Stay open.
Live long and prosper!

THE MOST PAINFUL ILLUSION!
At the end of 2012, a little over a year ago, I wrote a post entitled: "UPDATE ON THE WAVE!" In that post, I began with a headline from the news that proclaimed that in the previous year, deaths surpassed 2.5 million in the U.S. for the first time since records have been kept on such matters.
Here is an excerpt:
"The Wave that I've been writing about regularly for the last two years is in full force and still accelerating as we head down the home stretch of 2012. What is The Wave? It is the surge of energy that has been sweeping change across the planet more and more, brought about by a collective intention that has been in place for quite a long time, as we think of it, to make the great transition (as the Pathwork Guide lecture refers to it) from a 3rd dimensional level of consciousness to 4th and then 5th dimensional consciousness. In other words, from the deeper levels of our being, we have all agreed to change the "game" we've been playing for much of what we think of as our history, and now play a new game, one in which we awaken more fully to who and what we really are. In this game, we become conscious creators of our reality, rather than the unconscious creators we've been up until now."
And this is from recent news:
"The German insurance company, Munich Re, said some 20,000 people died from natural disasters last year, about twice as many as in 2012."
What's going on? And why I am writing about this? Not to alarm anyone. Actually, quite the opposite.
Now, let's make this point, folks: everything is energy, and energy is everything, and energy is never annihilated. Physicists have understood this for a long time. Metaphysicians have understood this even longer. No one, or no thing, ever truly dies. Death, as we've thought of it in 3D linear dualistic consciousness, was just a construct in the game we were playing. In Reality (with a capital "R") our consciousness merely transitions in and out of physical form in what we've thought of as the birth and death cycle.
So, while many of us have collectively agreed to stop playing the (very) old 3D game, lifting the veil of unconsciousness, many others are choosing the option of "going home," rather than playing the new game in 5D, here on 5D Earth.
It's okay, though. Really. Nothing ever truly dies and it's all just a game. Does that mean we shouldn't have feelings of sadness when we experience "loss?" Of course not. Feelings are an intrinsic part of the human experience.
This is a parable I heard once that I love:
A Zen Master was grieving for his young son that died. When the Master's followers saw him crying, they were confused.
"Master, why are you crying? You have taught us that death is an illusion."
"Yes," the Master replied, "death is an illusion, and the loss of a son is one of the most painful illusions of all."

TODAY'S "BASHAR" QUOTES!
“Understand that no matter what anyone else’s
intention is towards you, you always, all of you, have the opportunity to
decide that only a positive effect will result for you in your life regarding
any experience because your physical reality is only the product of how you
define it, and if you define it in a positive way, you’ll only get a positive
result no matter whether someone else has a negative intention towards you or
not. That’s how it works. That’s physics!”

FIFTY YEARS LATER: ALL WE NEED IS LOVE!
I was 9 years old on February 9, 1964... fifty years ago yesterday. Yet, over all those decades, I can still remember the moment, sitting cross-legged on the floor in front of our black and white TV set, just a few feet away, when Ed Sullivan barked out the words: "The Beatles!" He practically did a pirouette when he announced them.
The screaming began, then the music - Paul delivering the first two words acapella: "Close your..." By the time he sung the word "eyes" and the throbbing rhythm kicked in, I was mesmerized in a way I'd never been before as a young boy, and have rarely been since.
I didn't quite know why at the time, but it felt like the world had just changed, right then and there, right before my eyes, in my very own living room, and in millions of living rooms around the country. It didn't occur to me at first that there could possibly be anybody who wasn't thrilled at the sight and sound of The Beatles, that there could be anyone not embracing the change they were announcing through their songs.
In fact, it turned out that in that particular line of reality, there would be many not embracing the change. Much tumult, social upheaval and many violent deaths, even eventually of one of The Beatles, would continue throughout the decades to come. But nonetheless, we have arrived to the day that John, Paul, George and Ringo, as part of the "first wave," heralded for those 10 years during the Sixties.
Now, we are in 5D, at the threshold of a Golden Age, a time where John Lennon's lyrics, sung in the first satellite telecast of a musical performance, now are an anthem for how we'll be living.
All you need is love, all together now
All you need is love, everybody
All you need is love, love
Love is all you need

NO CIGARETTES IN 5D?!
HERE's the headline: "CVS To Stop Selling Tobacco Products!"
CVS Caremark Corp said on Wednesday that it would stop selling tobacco products at its 7,600 stores by October, becoming the first U.S. drugstore chain to take cigarettes off the shelf. Public health experts called the decision by the No. 2 U.S. drugstore chain a precedent-setting step that could pressure other stores to follow suit. Public health experts called the decision by the No. 2 U.S. drugstore chain a precedent-setting step that could pressure other stores to follow suit.
"I think it will put pressure on other retailers who want to be in healthcare," said CVS Caremark Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Troyen Brennan.
Okay, well, that's nice, but understand this, folks... we're in 5D, so if smoking compulsively, especially commercial, chemical-laced cigarettes, is of a low vibration, then it has to go.
Now, does that mean that 5D is a smoke-free zone? Not necessarily. Many native and indigenous cultures used the smoke of tobacco or other organic plants for meditative, contemplative, pleasurable purposes. Said use wasn't compulsive, because it wasn't for the purpose of avoiding feelings, which is what fuels most addictive behavior.
Also, remember this above all else: we create our reality, first and foremost, from our beliefs. "Grandpa Pete" Loffredo, born in Italy in 1900, smoked cigarettes all of his life, more or less, and lived until he was 90, never developing cancer. Why? Because he genuinely never believed that cigarettes were dangerous to his health, and by the time mass culture came to agree that cigarettes were deadly, he simply ignored the notion.
While there may or may not be smoking in 5D, the bottom line is it won't be for the purposes of lowering vibrations or avoiding feelings. It will be, like everything else in 5D, aligned with a higher purpose.
And of course, as Freud once said: "Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar!"

LESS BANKERS IN 5D?!
Okay, ready for this?
Bloomberg is reporting this morning that former Federal Reserve economist Mike Dueker was found dead in an apparent suicide near Tacoma, Washington, one in a series of prominent bankers killing themselves this week.
On Sunday, William Broeksmit, 58, former senior manager for Deutsche Bank, was found hanging in his home, also an apparent suicide.
On Tuesday, Gabriel Magee, 39, vice president at JPMorgan Chase & Co’s London headquarters, apparently jumped to his death from a building in the Canary Wharf area.
Tata Motors managing director Karl Slym died after falling from a hotel room in Bangkok in what police said could be possible suicide.
On New Years Day 2014, I posted a piece entitled: "5D MEANS LESS PEOPLE, PEOPLE!" It was about the accelerated rate at which human beings have been exiting Planet Earth.
Folks, it's come down to this - if you're intention is to stay here in 5D, retire your ego, clear out the inner pipes, those blocks and beliefs and fears that are interfering with you channeling your Higher Self, re-evaluate your identity as a banker, or a painter or a parent, or as anything other than an eternal, infinitely creative being of Love and Light.

SPACE IS OUR DESTINY: A TRIBUTE TO THE CREW OF THE SPACE SHUTTLE CHALLENGER!
Twenty-eight years ago today, January 28, 1986, the space shuttle, Challenger, blew up during its ascent, killing everyone onboard, including teacher, Christa McAuliffe.
As a lifelong believer in the potential for the human race to eventually become part of the galactic community by reaching out to the stars, I felt particularly affected by the event, and even more so because people began claiming that human beings had no business in outer space.
In fact, I felt so moved to speak out on the need for humans to explore the galaxy that I wrote an open letter to President Ronald Reagan volunteering to be the first person from the social services profession to fly on a shuttle. The letter, in edited form, was published in the New York Times.
Here it is:

To the Editor:
The shattering tragedy of the Challenger on Jan. 28 will no doubt stir up such sentiments as ''if man were meant to fly, he'd have wings.'' Some will say that we should send only unmanned probes into space.
I disagree. Human beings do have wings. Our wings are our minds, and our minds have always compelled us to reach out and look beyond the boundaries of the observable. We honor the spirit of Christopher Columbus for daring to explore ''the edge'' of a flat Earth, as we reveled in the spirit of Christa McAuliffe, who dared to teach from beyond the classroom.
The logic of statistical probability tells us that we are only one of perhaps millions of civilizations in this universe, that we most surely have brothers and sisters out there. We are compelled to meet them and know them because we are all part of the same whole. Perhaps we can be helped in our development someday by a more advanced civilization. Perhaps we can make a contribution. But we cannot stay at home, retreating into ourselves. People must be prepared to travel in space. It is our destiny.
I envied Mrs. McAuliffe. She was living out my greatest fantasy: to view the Earth as a whole planet from space. I am a psychiatric social worker, waiting for the day when a President or NASA asks for someone from the human-services field to volunteer for a similar mission. I am ready to go!

ADDENDUM TO: "NOBODY NEEDS ME! (HATING WAR IS NOT THE SAME AS LOVING PEACE!)"
Last spring I began my series, "The Truth About Everything," and one of the 10 Truths was entitled, "Nobody Needs You!" Well, I am discovering for myself that when it comes to politics and social evolution, nobody needs me!
When I began this blog in 2007, in addition to the psychological and metaphysical understandings that I wished to impart through FPL, I also used the blog as a forum for commenting on what was happening politically in the country as the energy was building up for the upcoming 2008 presidential contest that would eventually lead to the election of Barack Obama. By 2010, I pretty much stopped using FPL for that purpose, feeling called to devote my posts to the Wave leading up to the end of 2012 and the raising of consciousness as we approached the great transition of 2013 and beyond into 5D.
Well, I have a confession to make. I continued to indulge my fascination/attachment to things political by posting anonymously on the craigslist politics blog, a repository of very low vibrations indeed (I won't even put a link!).
At first, I thought I was offering an antidote or counterbalance to the very extreme mentality there. By the middle of last year, however, I realized that I was "hating war instead of loving peace," and (a.) not benefitting or changing anyone there, and (b.) that the endeavor was creating toxicity in me.
So, I created my own program of detoxification and consequently, I have not posted on said blog in well over 4 months.
Almost immediately after I stopped the posting on CL, two things happened: (1.) I began to see how - without my help - the energy of low vibrations and the forces of fear, hatred and general negativity were imploding with all due speed on their own in our society at large in 5D, and (2.) I freed up my energy to do more gratifying and creative writing at a vibration more aligned with my Higher Self. As a result, I finished an episode of the second season of City Rock, and started writing more extensively on my FPL blog and in my own personal journal much more.
Never underestimate the need to honor and protect your vibration and energy field, folks. Hating anything, battling anything, fuels and energizes the very thing you hate and battle, and keeps it glued to you. Embracing, accepting and loving everything does not mean that you have to engage in the lower self vibrations of others. It just is the truest, fastest, and basically only way to transform anything... by transforming yourself in love.
P.S. THIS was the headline of a news story in the NY Times yesterday by Frank Rich: "STOP BEATING A DEAD FOX" On the Huffington Post today it read: "FOX NEWS DYING!"

Peace.

5D ALSO MEANS LESS MURDER!
Yes, although an earlier post pointed out that the death rate is going up, the murder rate is going down.
This is from a piece entitled: "The Year in Murder: 2013 Marks a Historic Low for Many Cities," on The Daily Beast website. America, led by New York City and Philadelphia, is reportedly on track to have its lowest murder rate in 4 decades.
Death rate going up, murder rate going down?
Yes. Because it's 5D, those who cannot maintain the higher vibration are leaving the planet, as we are coming to know it, in greater numbers, but also because it's 5D, they are not leaving through violence as often.
Very interesting.

HAPPY NEW YEAR! "MIRACLES ARE THE RESULT OF NATURE UNIMPEDED!"
That is one of my favorite channeled quotes. It says something so important and so counterintuitive to a 3D mentality.
This is from a most beautiful book and movie, “The Legend of Baggar Vance,” by Steven Pressfield, who also wrote “The War of Art”:
“There's a perfect shot out there tryin' to find each and every one of us... Now it's somewhere... in the harmony... of All That Is... All That Was... All That Will Be... All we got to do is get ourselves out of its way, to let it choose us.”
Exactly. The "Zone," as we've called it, is that place we enter when we “get ourselves out of the way,” or more specifically, when we get our ego, self-will and Resistance out of the way.
In this year now begun, in this moment, you will find it quite easy to witness miracles. Synchronicity, serendipity, meaningful coincidences... all you'll have to do is look around. If you miss them, it doesn't mean they're not there, not happening, it means you're choosing to ignore them. It means you're still hanging on to Murphy's Law, which has been reversed in 5D.
Here’s a little more Baggar Vance:
“Inside each and every one of us is our one, true authentic swing. Something we was born with. Something that's ours and ours alone. Something that can't be learned... something that's got to be remembered. You got to seek that place with your soul... Seek it with your hands.. Don't think about it... Feel it... Your hands is wiser than your head ever gonna be...”
People often ask me: “What does it mean to let go of your ego?”
One answer is a variation of what Baggar Vance is saying, which is to get out of your head, out of your obsessive, thinking mind, and follow your body, follow your five senses, along with your sixth sense, your gut instincts, your first impulses, the callings in your heart. We all have them, but we have trained ourselves to ignore them, to hesitate, second guess, over-think, calculate and calculate, and so, we miss the opportunities, the messages, the assistance, the bounty and the booty!
There is a great gift inside each of us waiting to come out. No one is without it. Some souls have chosen to give us a demonstration in one particular area or another, but examples are all around us... and within us. Seek them and you will find them.
Try this: walk around and pay attention to what you see, hear, smell, taste and feel, not to what you’re thinking, which is usually what you’re always doing. Go ahead. Go out. It’s a beautiful day. Walk. Give yourself, and the world, your gift. We’re waiting for you!
