BORN AT THE RIGHT TIME!

People often ask me if anyone is without a character structure, that set of stubborn masks, blocks and defenses that encase us from early childhood. When I taught the character structures in my 3-year training program, I answered the question in the first class by playing a Paul Simon song I love, called "Born at the Right Time."

Here are the lyrics to the chorus:

"Never been lonely

Never been lied to
Never had to scuffle in fear
Nothing denied to
Born at the instant
The church bells chime
And the whole world whispering:
'Born at the right time"

I then asked the class: "Okay. Who had that childhood?" Of course, no one raised their hand. "So, basically," I said, "unless you had that childhood, you have a character structure."

Well, someone sent me THIS  a few hours ago. This is what it might look like to be born in such a way that you never develop a character structure. It's beautiful. It's what we're working on in all of our "tribes" right now. In a very real sense, we have all been "born at the right time," including to be here making this great transition!

MORE ON: "FATHER OF ADHD: 'IT IS A FICTITIOUS DISEASE!"

THIS is a follow-up to the post below, entitled simply but pointedly: "Doctor: 'There’s No Such Thing As ADHD!"

Here's a brief excerpt:

"Dr. Bruce D. Perry is one of the world’s leading pediatric neuroscientists, and he’s making a claim that will rattle the pharmaceutical industry and parents. Perry recently stated publicly that Attention Deficit/Hyper-Activity Disorder isn’t a real disease and suggested that giving children psycho-stimulant medications to kids is dangerous."

Okay, breathe, and just take this in slowly, especially if you are a person who was diagnosed with ADHD, or the parent of a child who was so diagnosed, or even if you are simply someone who has blindly revered or believed in the integrity of the medical profession.

Ready?

Leon Eisenberg, the psychiatrist who came up with the diagnosis, considered to be "the father of ADHD," admitted on his death bed that the diagnosis was fictitious.

Once again, with feeling - THIS is from the news article on Natural News.com: 

"On his death bed, this psychiatrist and autism pioneer, Dr. Leon Eisenberg, admitted that ADHD is essentially a 'fictitious disease,' which means that millions of young children today are being needlessly prescribed severe mind-altering drugs that will set them up for a life of drug addiction and failure."

Now, let me say this - while I was involved very early on in the fight against Ritalin, and its relatives like clonapine, adderal, welbutrin...etc. (the list is longer than the wine list at my favorite restaurant), all the "medications" that were given to children diagnosed as "hyperactive" (drugs, in other words, meant to take the edge off of their souls so they could sit still and do their math problems), and while I was very passionate about this fight back in the 1980's and '90's, I do not believe today that anyone is doomed to a life of "addiction and failure." We create our own reality and our abilities to heal emotional, psychological and emotional injuries through holistic means and mainly through raising consciousness is greater than ever collectively and individually.

In addition, I am no longer fighting against the undeveloped forces that ruled the medical and pharmaceutical industries in 3D, because (a.) I am no longer in 3D, and (b.) hating war is not the same as loving peace. Regarding "a." above, in 5D, the medical establishment is transforming itself without my help, as are all the undeveloped forces in business, religion and government, etc., through the exposure of themselves to themselves and/or to the collective consciousness. The very fact of Dr. Eisenberg's deathbed admission speaks to that.

Folks, as I've reminded my readers often, and as I'm being reminded of often as well, this is 5D. It isn't possible any longer to live by the dictates of the ego or the lower self with any amount of "success." Revelation and self-revelation is the order of the day. Stay with it.

MORE ON GETTING THE EGO OUT OF YOUR "I" - WHAT SAYING "I" SAYS ABOUT YOU!

That's the titled of a piece in Slate.com: "WHAT SAYING 'I' SAYS ABOUT YOU!"

In my FPL post, GETTING THE EGO OUT OF YOUR "I," I wrote about the problems identifying with one's ego causes. Well, according to a series of studies carried out at the University of Texas at Austin, this shows itself in measurable ways in our language. The studies found that insecure people use the pronoun "I" more than those who are confidant and assured; melancholy souls say it more than ebullient ones. And we use it more when we are suffering, self-conscious, or eager to please.

Why would this be so? How do these findings make sense? Well, you see, when you rely on your ego to solve self-esteem issues in adulthood, your self-esteem actually suffers. You see, the flow of energy in early childhood is of necessity towards "getting." Getting love, recognition, validation, support, etc., from its environment, mainly from the parents or adult caretakers. Thus, the child's verbal expressions very often start out with the phrase, "I want." But if the child is not getting enough from its environment, it starts using the ego, created in childhood by the child, to try and get more - through false emotions and masks, like pleasing or suffering.

In adulthood, the natural flow of energy is outward, expressing into the world, and at its fullest, the expression is of the Higher Self through the adult, so there's very little "I" involved. The feeling in a self-actualized adult is experienced more like a force, greater than "I," coming through the person. Love, creativity, joyfulness all flow outwardly.

So, folks, do your self-work, and deconstruct that identification with your ego, and practice, practice, practice not referring to your ego as "I." Eventually, you'll only be using that pronoun in the simple statement acknowledging your existence as part of All That Is, who once said: "I am that I am."

Whopper #7: "God is just so vague."

Whopper #5: "God is just so demanding." 

"The FP (Field of Infinite Potentials) doesn’t judge. It doesn’t punish. It doesn’t think, 'Well, Sammy C. was a good boy yesterday, helping that little old lady cross the street. I think I’ll answer his prayer about winning the lottery.' Those are thoughts Clarence Thomas might think.

"God, if you believe the accepted box, is a little like Boo Radley in To Kill a Mockingbird: this mysterious neighbor constantly peering out the window of his penthouse suite, waiting to catch us doing something 'naughty, naughty.' We can’t really see him, but we’ve been properly warned that he’s there. Watching. Judging. Monitoring our every move. WHATEVER HAPPENED TO... MURPHY'S LAW?! (WITH AN ADDENDUM ON "INSTANT MANIFESTATION!")

Last January, I wrote a post entitled "IT'S 2013. WHICH EARTH ARE YOU ON?!"  in which I outlined the new rules for 5D.

The first rule was: "Murphy's Law is reversed."

So, how's it going?

Are you aware that Murphy's Law has been reversed? Have you fallen in love? Arrived to the next level in your career? Gotten in better shape physically or healed a part of your body? Have you started therapy, or had a breakthrough in your self-work? Maybe you've noticed that just a bunch of smaller things seem to be working out or falling into place? Food tastes better, colors brighter, orgasms stronger?

Yes? Well... congratulations! Keep going. Things are just warming up. The Higher Powers That Be are calling this time we're entering a "Golden Age," unlike any other that has occurred on Earth. We are rapidly accelerating to a time and place of "instant manifestation!" You can search the web for any number of articles, channeled and otherwise, or read Oneness, by Rasha, or Breaking The Habit Of Being Yourself, by Dr. Joe Dispenza, for detailed information about this phenomenon, but the bottom line is - it's here. We're there!

Instant manifestation: "I desire..." DING! It appears. "I would like to..." BOOM! You got it! "How about...?" NO PROBLEM! You're there.

What, you ask? You still feel stuck? In crisis? Things in general still seem to just suck? Well, you see, instant manifestation includes your habitual addictions to negative emotions and your lower self desires for pain and suffering, too.

Instant manifestation: "I can't catch a break." DONE! Parking ticket. "I don't have enough money." BINGO! You're over your credit limit! "I hate my body!" OUCH! Illness, disease, accidents...

Look, folks, Murphy's Law being reversed (i.e. - "Everything that can go right will go right, if you let it.") is the way it is in 5D. Not just for some, but for everyone who's made it here... and intends to stay here.

Sorry, no exceptions!

So, then, how to explain your particular misery?

You're holding onto the beliefs, attitudes, fears and maneuvers of your old 3D, dualistic, linear time-based ego.

And that's not allowed in 5D!

I mean, you create your own reality, of course, so you can technically hold onto your ego's erroneous ideas, etc., but if you insist on doing so, you're going to rather instantly manifest yourself as a "Whatever Happened To...?" person to those of us staying on for the 5D ride.

Listen. You're here. You made it. Two years ago, between the Solstice of 2012 and the end of that year, was your moment to get on the train to 5D. Or not. If you're reading this, you got on the train.

This is it. You've arrived. From now on, everything that can go right will go right, if you let it. In fact, everything that can go right will go right... even if you try not to let it.

What?

Yes. I am seeing things falling into place in many people's lives, as described above - making more money, being in better health, creative opportunities manifesting, help and guidance coming from all directions - and yet, some of said people are still refusing to experience joy about it, still attached to feelings of resentment, frustration, anger, and still desperately searching for something to complain about as if complaining were the most delicious item on the menu. An incredible dessert cart has arrived and you're asking for canned spam??

If you are one of those people who've been insisting on one last serving of suffering, read Eckhart Tolle's "The New Earth," or the FPL post "Hey! Get the Ego Out of Your 'I," or anything from this page to help you get a handle on why your ego is obsolete.

And in terms of how to hold your vibration at a level that is aligned with the vibration of 5D, aligned with your highest excitement and greatest good, I have three words for you: Practice. Practice. PRACTICE!

Yes. This is a time for focusing, meditating and creating consciously. (HERE is another good channeled lecture on that subject. And read or reread the FPL post: "THE POWER OF DOING NOTHING...POWERFULLY!")

And while you're practicing, have a little creme brulee... or chocolate mousse... or... mmmm... choices, choices, choices.

And you might have spared yourself much anguish, and effort, and time, had you chosen to write your life script in that way. BORN AT THE RIGHT TIME!

I began this year with a most amazing experience during a morning meditation on New Years Day. And I specifically call it an "experience," because it wasn't a dream or fantasy or vision, per se, nor was it directed by my intellect or ego or will. For all intents and purposes, it was something that I lived.

Here's the story...

One of my favorite things in recent times to meditate to is Dr. Joe Dispenza's mp3, "Tuning Into New Potentials." Dr. Joe, mainly using the language of science, is dedicated to demonstrating and applying metaphysical, mystical, and spiritual understandings through physics and biology, for the purposes of enhancing our capacity to create our lives, our realities, consciously, through highly focused meditations. The New Potentials meditation is 45 minutes long. At the 16-minute mark, there is a 6-minute pause during which Dr. Joe ceases talking, and just the frequency of the music is heard.

It was during that break, on the morning of 1/1/15, that I found myself transported back to the beginning of my life... as Peter Loffredo.

I didn't make a decision, as such, to do this, and as the events proceeded, I was not directing what I was "seeing," either. I was simply in it, experiencing it.

I was born on the same birth date, to the same parents, only not on the timeline that I have always thought of as leading to my current life. In this lifetime, my parents were self-actualized, openly loving, balanced, wise beings, raising me once again in the 1960's, but not in the familiar terms as I've recalled them. We lived holistically and in harmony in a natural setting. Although my father was still a homebuilder, the homes that he built were in harmony with nature and our lifestyle. (He looked great with long grey hair and a beard, by the way. Much better than the crew-cut he had in my familiar timeline, no offense, Dad.) My mother, still mainly occupied with caring for her children and our home life, was free and beautiful and balanced, unencumbered by fears and self-doubt, and she did not need to create the cancer experience for herself in this new life.

My younger brother wasn't born 2 years after me, as he was in my familiar lifetime, but rather 6 years or so after me, so I was able to be more a genuine older brother to him. And my younger sister, as in the Paul Simon song, was perfectly "Born at the Right Time." Our family life was joyful, peaceful, fun, exciting and, quite astoundingly, free from any childhood illnesses, damaging accidents, or traumatic events. We actually even went, as a family, to the Woodstock Music Festival in 1969!

As I moved through this lifetime, I found that I chose not to have most of the relationships I had in the familiar life. My agreements and contracts with friends, relatives, lovers, etc., who were such an integral part of my story as I've known it, were completed, and so they were not part of my story in this new line. Nonetheless, as I proceeded through the years, I found each one of them, and simply raised a hand and touched them in love and gratitude to acknowledge their role in my journey, and then to say good-bye.

My work, my way of being of service throughout this lifetime, was as a writer, rather than as a psychotherapist. (Apparently, I had completed those many hundreds of agreements, as well!) I was successful and prosperous, but money was not an end in itself, but rather a support for and by-product of expressing myself joyfully and creatively in the world.

I found once again, in this new line of reality, my current love partner, and together, we raised our same two children once again, and while she and the biological father of said children still separated when the kids were young, it was a "5D break-up," without anger or strife, and with said father pursuing his passion to become an artist. (By the way, all I asked my love when I encountered her for the first time in this new lifetime was, "Will you walk with me?" And her simple, cocked head response was simply, "Walk with you?")

The lifetime continued on past the "present," into old age, with the kids having grown up to be wonderfully self-actualized human beings, pursuing their passions unencumbered into the future, and my love and I spent our days, she as a spiritual teacher, me as a writer, living in and always building our dream house on the ocean, in peace, passion and joy.

When the 6-minute break ended, Dr. Joe guided us to a place of experiencing gratitude for the life that was to come, the life that we had created energetically already in the "Quantum Field of Unlimited Potentials," and would be bringing down into physical form. I opened my eyes, looked at my love, and cried with deep feelings of joy and wonderment.

In 6 minutes, I had experienced an entire lifetime, free from any obstacles or suffering, and full of everything I could ever desire, and more. And as the tears streamed down from my eyes, I knew it was real. And not that the lifetimes I'd already lived were less worthy, not that the relationships I'd had were mistakes, not at all. They were all wonderful, intense, magical, crazy, delightful, powerful and challenging journeys to bring me back home, home to the person I always was and was now arriving back to being.

I was born at the right time.

Is the elapsed time between desiring something and manifesting it shortening? In fact, have you experienced manifesting something before you even put it out there?

Yes, you've been going through the symptoms - the purges and cleanses, revisiting old anxieties and fears and habits... But something else is happening, too, isn't it?

You're having more peak experiences.

"This is the best meal I've ever had!" "This is the most money I've ever made!" "My husband and I have been having really great, deep talks... and amazing sex!" "This has been the perfect day!"

How many times in the course of your week do you use the words: "best," "most," "great," "perfect?" Well, get used to it. As I've written before, if you're reading this, you're in 5D. You made it. And if you continue the work that got you here - letting go of your old beliefs and fears, unblocking your physical and emotional bodies, and retiring your ego - and if you steadfastly engage in a practice to dismantle your old reflexes, judgments and habitual thought patterns in favor of new, positive ones, without judgment, and you do whatever it takes to keep your frequency and vibrations up - then this is going to be a magnificent ride.

We are rapidly approaching a time of near instant manifestation, folks, where your thoughts and feelings create your reality in the relative blink of an eye, and with the full force of 5th Dimensional consciousness behind it.

Now, mind you, if you're still indulging the old ways, want to sniff that childhood "blankie" one more time, pay homage to the familiar shame-based judgments, prideful arrogances or fearful imaginings, well, the manifestation will still be fast and furious.

It's up to you... but me? Right now, I'm going to have the best lemon ricotta cheesecake I ever had!

A DUALISTIC, 3D WARRIOR BIDS FAREWELL!

3D was a dualistic dimension of good and bad, right and wrong, heros and villains. 

One of my heros in 3D was Mario Cuomo, who left the planet yesterday at the linear age of 82. He moved many with his lion-like authority and countenance, and, of course, his unequaled eloquence. He was the spokesperson in dualistic times for justice and the dignity of all, a concept not relevant in 5D, not needed where consciousness is connected to oneness.

Mario tortured many by refusing to run for president in the late 80'/early 90's, even though he was the front-runner on 2 occasions. He was not inclined towards that level of politicking, but neither was he wired for 5D consciousness. He did not come to take that trip on this planet.
